Dr. Kre Johnson

Dr. Ankrehah Trimble Johnson, DO, aka Dr. Kre, is a board-certified family medicine physician, international public speaker, life coach, wife, and mother. Dr. Kre is the 2025 Network Navigator's Women-Owned Business of the Year. She is in the 2020 Class of The Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40. She has earned the titles of B- Metro Magazine Top Doctors in Medicine, B- Metro Magazine Top Women in Medicine, and Trademark Women of Distinction Honors for her dedication to bringing awareness to the importance of healthy lifestyles. Dr. Kre is the Event Producer of Wifeology, a weekend retreat just for working out wives. She is the Medical Director of the Living Well PreP Clinic, where she is helping to combat HIV one prevention case at a time. Dr. Kre is also the Medical Director of the Brownstone BWell Clinic: the City of Birmingham Employee Health Clinic. Dr. Johnson is the sole owner of Brownstone Healthcare& Aesthetics, she resides in Trussville, Alabama, with her husband and daughter. Dr. Kre is the founder of Three Twenty Girls, Inc a non- profit focused on helping girls and women interested one STEM based careers, medicine, & entrepreneurship. She earned her doctorate of osteopathic medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed her residency at St. Vincent’s East Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. She loves God, traveling, and all things Southern!!
